| Topic description: Implicit biases – sometimes referred to as unconscious bias – are the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, our actions, and our decisions. We all have them, and most of us are completely unaware. These biases have been influenced throughout our lives by past experiences, our environment, and our individual backgrounds. How do we recognize them? How do we challenge them? And, most importantly, how can we keep them in-check? Join us for this session to explore these issues and strategies for success. |
