The current racial climate of our country has prompted an examination of the ways in which we can improve racial equity. This event is focused on bringing our community together to talk about the issues close to home.

Breaking down walls, forming alliances and affecting change through tough conversations that lead to commitments.

To truly increase diversity, leaders and organizations must look within, must look internally and be willing to address their impact and create a pathway for social justice.
