Friday Forums are member-run events that take place in the Chamber boardroom and are available to host for members at the Classic level or above. These events are free for attendees, educational in nature and can be about any topic. The host is responsible for all content, marketing and promotion, and any food and beverage.

GUIDELINES FOR FRIDAY FORUM EVENTS

• This seminar must be educational by nature, no direct sales

• The presenter is responsible for all room set up and clean up

• Friday Forum is available on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 8:00am -9:30am or 11:30-1:00 pm (Limit 1 per day)

• The presenter is responsible for providing all food and beverage (Morning session must include continental breakfast and coffee, Midday session must include lunch for attendees)

• Space is limited and dependent on room setup/AV requirements

• Friday Forum takes place in the Scottsdale Chamber boardroom and the presenter will have access to Wi-Fi, a computer, and video screens
