About Us

Impact Minds is a resilience based mental health center located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The program focuses on helping individuals build the internal structure required for lasting change by developing stability, capacity, regulation, and ownership.

Impact Minds provides clinical services including intensive outpatient programs, therapy, psychiatry, and neuro based treatments, along with the Resilience Academy, which teaches life skills, emotional regulation, leadership, and personal development.

The mission of Impact Minds is to expand access to high quality mental health care while helping individuals rebuild stability, confidence, and the skills needed to thrive in everyday life.
