Kierland Commons Marks its 25th Anniversary with
5 First-to-Arizona Retailers Arriving in 2025

Scottsdale, AZ – April 3, 2025 – Kierland Commons is celebrating its milestone 25th anniversary by welcoming an exciting wave of first-to-Arizona retailers, further enhancing the center’s already dynamic mix of shopping and dining experiences. New arrivals-including Aritzia, Mejuri, Paradise Grills, and La La Land Kind Café-will join the recently opened Saatva Luxury Mattress, which debuted in February.

New Store Announcements
  • Aritzia:  Known for its exclusive in-house brands and curated contemporary style, the Vancouver-based fashion boutique brings its exceptional shopping experience to Kierland Commons this fall.
  • La La Land Kind Café: The mission-led café, known for spreading kindness and creating opportunities for foster youth, will make its local debut later this year, infusing Scottsdale’s coffee scene with heart and purpose.
  • Mejuri: The fine jewelry brand redefining everyday luxury opens this summer, introducing modern, minimalist pieces and a fresh take on personal style to a new market.
  • Paradise Grills: The world’s largest manufacturer of luxury outdoor kitchen islands, grills, and accessories arrives later this year, bringing high-end, customizable backyard living to the desert.
  • Saatva: Celebrated its grand opening in February, marking its 21st Viewing Room nationwide and first in Arizona, offering a relaxed, immersive showroom experience to explore the best in luxury sleep.

This leasing momentum builds on the arrival of Wilson Sporting Goods, Malbon Golf, and Rivian in 2024—all first-to-Arizona brands that chose Kierland Commons as their launchpad in the state. The center has become a magnet for innovative, experience-driven retailers, with a roster of first-to-Arizona brands who remain long-term tenants, even as they expand into other areas of the Phoenix market.

“We’re incredibly proud of the curated retail mix we’ve built over the years,” said Victoria Buscher, General Property Manager of Kierland Commons. “Attracting best-in-class, first-to-Arizona brands is a testament to the strength of the Scottsdale market and the lifestyle-driven environment that makes Kierland Commons a top choice for both retailers and guests.”

In addition to attracting nationally recognized names, Kierland Commons is also home to a mix of locally owned and operated businesses that bring unique character and community connection to the center. Longstanding tenants like Isaac Jewelers, Rock Star Gallery, Etch Salon, and Platella Jewelers continue to thrive, with Platella’s new and upgraded space currently under construction and scheduled for completion in mid-April.
