DESCRIPTION:Business Smartz Workshops presents   Selling Successfully with Integrity The underlying principle of Integrity Selling ® is that we sell to people the way that they want to buy. It is not uncommon for salespeople or business owners to make product a presentation before thoroughly thinking through what REALLY is motivating the buyer. This workshop is an interactive executive overview of a sales process that is based on the following facts: -          People – not processes – achieve results.-          Individuals’ behavior styles have a HUGE impact on the ability to achieve sales success.-          Commitment to action is fundamental to increasing productivity.-          Strong goal clarity\, high achievement drive\, healthy emotional intelligence\, and excellent social skills are traits of successful salespeople.  Michael O’Neill is the Managing Director and owner of SalesTeam of AZ\, LLC\, a sales coaching and training business. Mike has over 20 years experience in sales\, marketing\, business development and organizational effectiveness training. SalesTeam works with companies and individuals to develop excellence in sales – particularly those whom have an open mind\, thirst for continuous improvement\, and are genuine in their intentions to become successful.  The Scottsdale Area Chamber offers a plethora of training classes\, workshops\, & leadership roundtables to assist professionals to better sell\, market\, and lead in this economy.  The Business Smartz Workshops invites industry experts to train our membership for free in sales and marketing every 2nd & 4th Wednesday from 8-10am.
