About the Speaker: \;Kelly Byrd is vice president of \;Kronos Optimal Health at Work \;and is responsible for the development of the Kronos at Work product. She is charged with directing the strategic planning and delivery of Optimal Health in the workplace to employers and employees nationally.

Ms Byrd brings more than 20 years of experience in business-to-consumer applications and business development. Her expertise in product development cernters on the user experience. She spent 15 years in senior executive positions with Nordstrom\, where cultivating unique customer experience is truly a way of life.

Her training in strategic marketing\, with a focus on 1:1 marketing\, facilitate highly personalized services to the masses.

Previously\, Ms. Byrd served as an independent consultant for Smart Channels\, Inc. of Seattle\, Washington\, where she focused on integrating and distributing customized information between individuals and organizations -- essentially using technology to manage trust relationships. Ms Byrd was responsible for the strategic business development and the formulation of marketing and sales strategy.

Prior to that\, she was general manager of International Business for SkyMall\, Inc.\, headquartered in Phoenix. Ms Byrd was responsible for developing and marketing inernational business and global operations. She conducted extensive global market research and implemented customized programs in Europe and Asia.

Ms Byrd earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University's School of Management\, with a focus on economics and marketing.
