Since 2003\, J’Lein has led delegations to Uganda\, Rwanda\, South Africa and Cambodia. In February 2005\, FGL partnered with Valley Leadership on an East African Leadership Safari. In addition\, J’Lein consults extensively with foreign governments and non-governmental organizations in post-conflict areas. Since 1991\, J’Lein has developed programs designed to reduce conflict and advance civil society in South Africa\, Democratic Republic of the Congo\, Kenya\, Thailand\, United Kingdom\, Kingdom of Bahrain\, Israel/Palestine\, Egypt\, Australia and China. J’Lein will complete her Ph.D. in community psychology in June 2005 and has a Master’s degree in cross-cultural counseling and psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in intercultural communication.
