(?LBC? or the ?Company?) was founded as Superstar Vape\, Inc. by Lisa A. Nelson\, our President\, and was incorporated as a C corporation under the laws of the State of Nevada in August 2015. The Company changed its name in March 2017.  LBC is engaged in the Cannabidiol (?CBD?) market. The Company?s primary focus is on developing organic products such as Hemp CBD capsules \, drops\, massage oil\,  a full line of pet products\, recovery pain relief creams\, anxiety\, sleep\, B12\, biotin & garcinia Cambogia \, supplements\, edibles and we are focusing on our skin line.\n\n			Our products? CBD ingredients are derived from Industrial Hemp. CBD hemp oil is extracted from the cannabis varieties that are naturally abundant in CBD and has no  THC (the principal psychoactive constituent (or cannabinoid) of cannabis). A specialized extraction process is used to yield highly concentrated CBD oil that also contains other potentially nutritious materials such as omega-3 fatty acids\, terpenes (a class of organic compounds which when modified are used in a variety of medicines and alternative medicines such as aromatherapy)\, vitamins\, chlorophyll\, and amino acids. Our products have no THC and are parasite-free.\n\n			 \n			 \n\n			FormRunner Apparel Inc.  - Christian Nelson was born on February 2\, 2002 in Scottsdale\, Arizona to Lisa and Tom Nelson. He spent his short life growing up in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale. He had just started his senior year at Desert Mountain High School and was looking forward to graduating and starting a career as a traveling nurse where he could nurture and develop his passion for helping people while launching his clothing line similar to the brand Vlone.  \n\n			 \n\n			Christian gave without hesitation or expecting anything in return. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to help anyone who needed it.  He will be missed by all those who knew him.  \n\n			 \n\n			Although Christian did not have the chance to start his brand\, his family and friends will live on his dream for him with Formrunner Apparel. Christian collected street wear and designer wear from various different brands and sources\, his tastes will be reflected in our designs. You can expect to see designs and energy similar to that of popular street wear brands such as VLone\, OffWhite\, and Supreme.
