You don't have to stress about making it to class   our studio has options that work for all schedules. Regardless of previous yoga experience\, YogaFit Studios has a class for everyone. Classes range from YogaFit Restorative Yoga to YogaFit Sweat. Some of the advanced options feature hand weights and a ballet barre for added challenges.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, YogaFit Studios has a philanthropic focus\; each studio donates a portion of class dues to charity.
