Coming from work? Bring your athletic wear and join us for a fun\, high energy\, lower body workout session at 5:30 pm.\n\n \n\nWe will have the following local businesses on site as well to help us celebrate in the festivities:\n\n \n\n Human Powered Health: Will be bringing Force Plates for all attendees to interact with and learn more about how they help trainers support their members/clients/athletes improve performance and reduce injury risk. \n ProCream Shop: Locally owned\, Joshua and Chamberlain will be serving up Protein Ice Cream samples with pints of your favorite for sale\n Nocco: energy and BCAA drinks samples available\n BEEM Light Sauna: Emily and her team will be there sharing their new Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy spa\, Coming soon to Scottsdale.\n\nDress is Casual and Athletic apparel. Coming from work? We have lockers and bathrooms to change into your athletic gear for the 5:30 pm session!
