One Strategic Business Plan.\n\nAll five sessions will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on consecutive Saturdays in October at the HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center - Military Partnership Training Center\, 7301 East 4th Street\, suite 1\, Scottsdale\, 85251 (SEE MAP AT BOTTOM FOR PARKING INFO)\n\n\n\nSession 1 | The Mission Analysis\n\nSaturday\, October 3\n\nEstablish the foundation of your business through an Idea Canvas and an examination of the problem you solve\, your solution\, target market and competitive landscape.\n\n\n\nSession 2 | The Course of Action I\n\nSaturday\, October 10\n\nDevelop the strategy for bringing your business to market\, including marketing\, sales\, operations and key milestones.\n\n\n\nSession 3 | The Course of Action II\n\nSaturday\, October 17\n\nBuild the financial and organizational framework of your business by addressing revenue\, direct costs and your hiring plan.\n\n\n\nSession 4 | The Battlefield Order\n\nSaturday\, October 24\n\nTranslate your strategy into a financial roadmap by developing your budget\, cash flow projections and executive summary.\n\n\n\nSession 5 | The War Games\n\nSaturday\, October 31\n\nPut your plan to the test. Participants will assess their strategy\, adapt where needed and present the business plan developed throughout the Boot Camp.\n\n________________________________________________________________________________\n\n\n\nCommitment to All Five Sessions\n\nThe Veteran Business Accelerator Boot Camp is designed as a complete five-session accelerator\, not a series of individual workshops. Each session builds upon the work completed during the previous week.\n\n\n\nAcceptance into the program indicates your commitment and ability to attend ALL FIVE Saturday sessions.\n\n\n\nParticipants should also have access to a laptop to complete the hands-on business planning activities incorporated throughout the program.\n\n\n\nLimited to 15 20 Veterans\n\nTo provide meaningful\, hands-on support and direct mentorship\, the Boot Camp is expected to include approximately 15 to 20 participants.\n\n\n\nVeterans interested in participating are invited to complete a short interest form. The information provided will help organizers build a cohort whose business goals align with the program and who can commit to the entire five-session experience.\n\n\n\nCompleting the interest form does not guarantee placement in the program.\n\nSubmissions will be reviewed before participants are confirmed.
