* Whether to franchise or not
* The three key factors for success
* What you need to evaluate a business to buy
* Evaluating your motives to sell
* Determining the value
* Marketing the business
* Key advisors, and
* Negotiating a successful transaction.

Attendees will be provided a workbook which includes sample valuation techniques and legal forms.
