 This workshop focuses on the definition of success, the definition of leadership, and the three major elements of leadership.  We will demonstrate how your attitude is the most important contributor to your success, how interpersonal skills play a key role in your success, and how you can set goals with a clear path to achievement of those goals, without which success would be unattainable. We will provide you with a proven formula for success, which, stated as a mathematical equation looks like this:

About the speaker: John Frank is best known as a senior executive in the personal computer industry where he held the positions of V.P. Sales, Senior V.P. Sales & Marketing, and President & CEO.  Under his leadership, the company grew from a start-up organization with six employees to become one of only four personal computer companies in the world with revenues in excess of two billion dollars annually, in less than ten years. The John Frank Organization provides the vehicle to help people expand and develop the skills and attitudes necessary to achieve a higher degree of success in everything they do.  Standard workshop consists of weekly two-hour sessions for 8-12 weeks.
