Health as a Leadership Strategy: How Executive Wellness Fuels Focus, Productivity and Growth
Your ability to lead, make decisions, solve problems and grow an organization depends on more than business knowledge, it also depends on your health. For busy executives and business owners, however, preventive care and personal well-being can easily take a back seat to the demands of running a business.
Join us for an informative Chamber University discussion focused on executive health, preventive care and the important connection between personal well-being and professional performance. HonorHealth experts Paul Sieckmann, MD, and Steven Tew will explore how comprehensive health evaluations and executive health programs can help leaders better understand their current health, identify potential concerns, and take a more proactive approach to long-term wellness.
The conversation will also look beyond individual health to the role employers can play in creating a healthier workplace culture. Attendees will hear how organizations can encourage wellness, support healthier choices, and incorporate well-being into the employee experience—including how Scottsdale Community College has embraced wellness initiatives such as Blue Zones Project Scottsdale within its own workplace community.
Whether you lead a small business, manage a growing organization, or serve in an executive role at a large company, this session will offer practical perspectives on making health and well-being part of your leadership strategy—helping you stay focused, productive and prepared for the demands ahead.
