ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Tina Burger began her real estate career at the tender age of 19 and has thrived in a male dominated industry for over 24 years. Her secret, no means yes, and the glass is always half full. Tina is the new Commercial Director for Provident Partner Realty and is creating the division from the ground up.

Tina was previously with Shea Commercial where she played a key role in growing the company from 5 people to 70 in a little over 3 years, building over 1.5 million of office, medical, retail and industrial space and becoming the number one office condo developer in the country.

Her passion is providing opportunity to those who might never have opportunities in Real Estate or own their own building for their personal businesses. She has mentored several people in the field of Real Estate and has become actively involved with providing training for both men and women in the industry.

Tina has received numerous awards including the 2005 up and coming Valley Broker of the Year and NAIOP’s annual “Project of the Year” awards from 2002 – 2005, including recognition for Scottsdale Waterfront.

Tina is currently a member of Scottsdale Are Chamber of Commerce Partner Council, assisting the Council and the City of Scottsdale with current and future challenges as related to growth and real estate development.

Tina loves working with deaf and at-risk children and hopes to one day build a school for needy children of all ages.
