About the speaker: Choo Tay founded media88, Inc. in 1995, a web development and marketing strategy firm. She was among the very few Arizona pioneers in the Internet industry in those days. One of her earliest projects was the coordination, design and hosting of the Super Bowl Cheerleaders website - selected by the NFL Super Bowl XXX Host Committee. With over 20 years of arts and marketing experience, Tay has led the company to an award-winning firm. Today, media88 serves both local and national clients. Her strong passion in community service has also led her company successfully developed an innovative web application systems called NEX (Nonprofit Executive) serving the nonprofits community.

Tay is an accomplished individual and successful business woman. She has been recognized in the business and nonprofit communities. She has been featured and quoted numerous times in The Arizona Republic, The Business Journal and on the magazine cover of the Arizona Woman magazine. Her volunteerism in the community has reached an average of over 1,000 hours per year for the past 15 years. In year 2000, she received an International Award -“Outstanding Woman Award in Philanthropy.” In 2004, she was appointed by the Arizona Governor to the Governor’s Council on Small Business.
