Ribbon Cutting for McDowell Sonoran Conservancy

The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, a nonprofit organization, has been an advocate for and champion of the Sonoran Desert for more than three decades. The Conservancy serves as an education and scientific research institution that protects, studies, and teaches communities to preserve and advance natural open space through science, education, and stewardship. Through a unique partnership with the City of Scottsdale and powered by a dedicated staff and nearly 700 volunteer stewards, the Conservancy has become a leading scientific research organization dedicated to the Sonoran Desert.

Please join us on May 12 for our Ribbon Cutting and meet our volunteers, staff, and Board of Directors.  We will offer beverages and appetizers.
