The Nutrition Spot provides high protein meal replacement healthy smoothies, teas, high protein baked goods, high protein ice cream, acai bowls, and high protein bars. We also offer free Wellness Assessments, meal plans, and coaching for customers who want to lose weight or put on healthy muscle mass. Finally, we offer a shuffle dance class and a yoga class every week.
