10/22, 430-5:30 PM, ribbon cutting at 5pm, the building is called the Armory National Guard. Park in the lot on the EAST side of the building at the corner of 16^th Ave and Roosevelt. The entrance to the studio is also on the EAST side of the building (look for balloons). (map attached)
