Owned by Maureen Rzeppa, Perspire offers ten private sauna rooms, allowing its members and guests a private 40-minute session in a pristine sauna to relax, detox, burn calories, enhance the immune system, recover muscles, and ease pain. In addition to a full-spectrum infrared light waves to penetrate your skin and muscle, each sauna offers clinical grade red-light therapy, which benefits the skin by providing anti-aging and anti-wrinkle benefits, and helps skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and scarring. Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, is provided in each sauna as well, benefiting the mind and body in different ways based on the color selected.
