FRIDAY FORUM GUIDELINES
- The program is available on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month (8:00am - 9:30am or 11:30 - 1:00 pm) with a limit of one forum per day.
- The seminar must be educational by nature, no direct sales.
- The presenter is responsible for all room set up and clean up.
- The presenter is responsible for bringing in all food and beverage.
- Coffee service is available for $25.00. Must be confirmed and paid in full 48 hours prior to event.
- Space is limited, actual number depends on room set/av requirements.
- This program will take place at the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and the presenter will have access to wi-fi, computer, and flat screen TV monitors.
- If approved, your Friday Forum will be posted on the Scottsdale Chamber Website and one time on the Chamber’s social media outlets, but we do not guarantee attendance.
