Position Overview
We're looking for a Front Office & Marketing Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats. This role is perfect for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, social media marketing, and the inner workings of a mission-driven health business.
This is a part-time position (15–25 hours/week to start) with flexible scheduling and room to grow into a full-time role as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Responsibilities
Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
Support client check-ins, paperwork, and general inquiries
Accurately record stock and product inventory
Assist customers with medication pick-up and product purchases
Keep the front office clean, organized, and client-ready
Provide general client support as needed
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities
Regularly create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using Canva
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and blogs
Manage and monitor social media ads and engagement (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
Collaborate on new ideas to grow brand visibility and client engagement
What We're Looking For
A self-starter with a growth mindset who’s eager to learn and contribute
Comfortable managing both front office duties and marketing projects
Creative eye and understanding of current social media trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Canva, Instagram/Facebook, and basic digital marketing tools
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems (a big plus!)
Passion for health, wellness, and making a difference in people’s lives
Hours & Compensation
Part-time: approx. 15–25 hours/week to start (flexible scheduling)
