General Manager
Our client is eager to begin conversations with prospective leaders soon for their newly launched full-service entertainment venue in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area. This unique and diverse property is searching for a General Manager to lead and support its multiple food service options, live events, and activities. Ideal candidates will have high energy, be active and super engaged in the day-to-day operations.
What You Get:
- Salary up to $145,000 + Bonus (DOE)

What You Bring:
- Progressive career with strong job tenure. Will not consider job hoppers or project driven consultants
- Entrepreneurial leader
- Multi-Unit Full-Service restaurant experience a plus
- NSO and Kitchen Buildout experience
- Experienced operating $15M+ annual sales with high volume bars
- Strongly Prefer experience from:
- Sporting & Full Service Dining Venues (Topgolf, Pickleball Concepts, Stadiums)
- Music & Full Service Dining Venue (House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Concert Venue, Brewpubs with indoor/outdoor entertainment/games, Resorts)
- Good experience IF paired with above:
- (Bass Pro, Dave & Busters, Casino, Country Club)
- Hands on leader experienced in developing organizational culture and community connectivity
- Active catering and event components, high volume multiple bars, high energy, live music (Topgolf, House of Blues)
What You Do:
- Lead and strategize with Owners/Founders to drive buildout of facility, team and culture
- Oversee all 5 Departments (F&B, Events/Sales, Accounting, Facilities, Prime Activity)
- Develop blue print for future openings to follow
- Drive local marketing strategy
