Front Desk Administrative Assistant
The Law Office of Libby Banks, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrative Assistant - Full Time to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

What we are looking for:
A self-confident person with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with clients and has a friendly, warm, and professional demeanor on the phone and in person. Our receptionist enhances the firm’s effectiveness by delivering clerical support and directing communications throughout the firm. We are looking for someone with the talent to grow and change with the firm over time.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and seat clients in person
- Answer inquiries on the telephone and route calls
- Data input into our client management system
- Route electronic and physical correspondence
- Schedule and calendar meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
- Communicate with and obtain information from clients and other professionals
- Manage client document storage
- Take payments from clients at the front desk
- Prepare, organize, and clean conference rooms before meetings
- Back up our primary call screener using the firm’s guidelines to maximize callers’ positive experience

- Quickly recover task concentration from interruptions/multi-tasking
- Office experience, computer proficiency, verbal communication, dependability, professionalism, and establishing positive client relationships.
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Reliable transportation

- Other Requirements
- DISC and skills assessments are provided and required
- A background check will be conducted for promising candidates
- 90-day probationary period
Job Type: Full-time opportunity of 40 hours a week. Hourly position.
Experience: Combined Office & Phone Experience: 2 years (Required)

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Schedule:
- Monday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
