Avanti Body is a NEW weight loss and wellness spa in Scottsdale. We are looking to add an energetic and enthusiastic Client Care Specialist that is interested in our clients wellness and self-care. We specialize in Red Light Therapy for body contouring, fat loss, anti-aging, reducing pain + inflammation, overall wellness and the list goes on.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of customer service experience and be passionate about helping others to improve their health, have a great attitude and be willing to move at a fast pace. You must be able to bend and move with ease in order to assist our clients with their treatments.



Responsibilities include:

• Provide services for body contouring (close contact with clients).
• Charting notes online to track clients progress.
• Cleaning rooms and common areas. This includes laundry.
• Ability to remain confident, calm and flexible in a constantly changing environment.
• Build rapport and coach clients through their wellness journey.
• Be versatile enough to work front reception and learn the scheduling and point of sale system.
• Prepare private rooms for sessions
• This position is part time 12 to 20 hours per week. Must be able to work a mix of weekday (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Saturday mornings and evening shifts (end approximately 8:00 PM)

• 1 year experience in spa/salon, customer service, retail or guest services, or related profession.
• High school diploma required.
