Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate Member Experiences: Be the welcoming face of our gym by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and assisting in Member Retention strategies.
- Drive Membership Growth: Proactively generate leads through community outreach, online efforts, and referral programs. Drive sales through various channels and convert leads into members. Track and analyze lead conversion rates and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and inventory management are top-notch.
- Staff Support and Development: Recruit, train, and support staff members to excel in sales and customer service, ensuring they contribute to membership growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain members, leveraging your sales expertise to optimize promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Administrative Efficiency: Handle administrative tasks with precision, from CRM class scheduling and payments to maintaining accurate records and data management.
Qualifications:
- A deep-rooted passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a gym or studio environment, with a proven track record of sales and driving membership growth.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency in organizational tasks.
- Comfortable with Google Drive and fitness studio management software, preferably Mindbody.
- CPR and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
