DMB Associates, Inc. is an Arizona-based, diversified real estate company with a 35-year legacy of reimagining how people live, work, and recreate. Headquartered in Scottsdale, DMB and its affiliated companies focus on real estate development and investments, signature commercial properties, and resort, recreational, and primary home communities across Arizona, Hawaii, California, and Utah.

Founded by three entrepreneurial leaders who believed great work and integrity go hand in hand, DMB began with a large mixed-use development in Tempe and has since built a portfolio of master-planned residential communities and signature commercial projects that have redefined their markets. Throughout our history, we have had the privilege of working with landowners, private equity partners, retail and office tenants, and municipalities who have entrusted us as their long-term partner.
