Investing in your personal wellness is key to living your best life! As your wellness coach and fitness/yoga instructor I help you to create behavior change to support your mental and physical wellness. I offer live, virtual yoga and fitness classes and over 100 hundred recorded classes lasting from 15-60 minutes that you can access from the privacy of your own home. I also offer telephonic wellness coaching sessions where we focus on what areas of your wellness you want improve upon and devise an action plan to support your goals. From weight management and nutrition to stress management and life balance, we will work together to optimize your wellness.
