About Us
The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Scottsdale, Arizona (IDA) is a nonprofit corporation and a designated political subdivision of the State of Arizona. Incorporated on June 15, 1984, the IDA was established with approval from the Scottsdale City Council. The IDA is authorized under Arizona law to issue taxable and tax-exempt revenue bonds for eligible projects, often enabling financing at below-market interest rates. All projects financed by the IDA are subject to final approval by the Scottsdale City Council.
