The World Championship Chili Cook-Off® is the premier championship event of the International Chili Society, bringing together top chili cooks, judges, fans, sponsors, and food enthusiasts from across the country and beyond. Founded in 1967, ICS has sanctioned thousands of cook-offs, crowned world champions, and helped raise more than $100 million for charities and nonprofits. The 59th World Championship Chili Cook-Off will bring Chili Nation to Scottsdale, Arizona, at Casino Arizona for four days of competition, community, and bold Southwestern flavor. Competitors will battle for world titles in Homestyle, Traditional Red, Veggie, and Verde categories, while fans can enjoy People’s Choice sampling, voting, and special event programming. With a renewed standalone championship format, WCCC celebrates nearly six decades of chili tradition, culinary competition, fellowship, and charitable impact.
