Ruth Kruse is the BSA Officer for Southwest Heritage Bank and has been with SWHB for four years. She has 20 years+ of banking experience, beginning as a teller and advancing into management with a focus on compliance. 10 years ago, Ruth transitioned into compliance software, helping banks optimize monitoring systems and advising institutions on compliance processes before returning to the banking industry in 2021 with legacy Commerce Bank of Arizona.
