Scottsdale’s Fire & Braids Named Finalist for Best Tamales in the Valley
 
Scottsdale, AZ – Fire & Braids, the mobile kitchen partner of Pinnacle Brewing, has been named a finalist in the Arizona Republic's Top Tamale 2024 reader's choice competition. This annual event celebrates the best tamale spots across metro Phoenix, and Fire & Braids is honored to be among the top five contenders.

Fire & Braids, operated by the catering team at Dish is Da Bomb, brings a unique variety of tamales to the table. Their menu includes classic beef, chicken, and pork tamales, as well as innovative vegan options like jackfruit and palm “chicken.” Each tamale is crafted with the perfect balance of tradition and creativity, ensuring a flavor-packed experience for every customer.

Holiday Tamale Orders Now Available
Fire & Braids is now accepting holiday orders for tamales, ensuring you can enjoy their mouthwatering creations at your family celebrations. Orders can be placed for pickup or delivery by these deadlines:

  • Christmas Orders: Place by noon on Thursday, December 15th, for pickup or delivery on December 24th by 2 p.m.
  • New Year’s Orders: Place by noon on Thursday, December 22nd, for pickup or delivery on December 31st by 2 p.m.
