Have you ever struggled to silence that voice in your head or fight off negative thoughts? On Friday, April 10, at The Women’s Collective Elevating Women 2026 Event, Carla Howard, owner of The Speakers Connection, will deliver her keynote presentation “Is Your Inner Critic Designing Your Future?”

Participants will explore the powerful internal voice that influences how we think, act and pursue our goals. With the implementation of a simple three-step process, attendees will learn how to be braver, dream bigger, and experience more joy in their life.

The event will also include roundtable mentoring sessions and a panel discussion titled “Courage in Action” providing real-life scenarios on the impact of making brave decisions and acting on them.
 
“The Women’s Collective’s mission is to inspire and elevate women leaders. We want to provide more women with the skills, confidence and courage to gain a seat at the leadership table” states Chairwoman Kira Peters. 
 
The event is April 10 from 8:00 am – 1:30 pm. Registration is $50 and includes a continental breakfast and box lunch. Registration deadline is April 1. Register online at

About The Women’s Collective
Founded in 2020 by five Scottsdale women, The Women’s Collective is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, education, collaboration, and fundraising. By hosting events, workshops, and networking opportunities, the organization provides women with the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive personally and professionally. To date, The Women’s Collective has awarded over $100,000 in grants to organizations that support its mission. Members are recruited annually, during a spring membership drive.
