At ITT he became the youngest sales manager in his division's history and was named Manager of the Year. During that period he managed, recruited and trained over 1000 sales people and with Pacific Telephone he was the Director of Sales Training for two years. Following his years with the industry giants, in 1988 he started Teleco of Phoenix, a telecommunications company. As founder and president of Teleco of Phoenix, Jack built the company to become one of the Top Ten Dealers in a network of over 230.
