Everyone “WORKS” in the workshops. They will create their personal Commitments and Action Plan on how they are going to “Connect with the Customer“. Their Commitments and Action Plan will be given to their supervisor, and become part of their review process.

In my over 25 years experience of strategic planning, marketing, customer research and advertising, I heard companies talk about customer service but rarely saw great customer care.
