I have over 10 years experience in the insurance industry. I represent about 2 dozen different carriers and specialize in business and commercial lines but do write my fair share of home and auto. I was born and raised in Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona in 2007. In 2013 I earned my Associate in Insurance Services designation as well. I got married in August 2016 to the most wonderful man I know, even though he likes the Green Bay Packers. I myself am a die hard Bears and Cardinals fan. I enjoy camping, traveling the world, and spending time with my family. My goal as your agent is to provide you with what you need and to educate so you can make an informed decision about your policy.

My name is Frank Pyles and I am the Owner and Center Director for Huntington Learning Center of North Scottsdale. I come to this new venture after more than 20 years in the financial field. As the parent of three children, I saw the toll the pandemic has taken on so many kids. Virtual learning, despite many school district's best efforts, couldn't prevent some children from falling behind. I could see, more than ever, K-12 students needed a little help to get them back on track and succeeding at pre-pandemic levels. Couple that with Huntington Learning Center's proven track record of success in tutoring and exam prep, the path became crystal clear. I look forward to deepening my roots in our Scottsdale communities and learning more about what I can do to bring success to other small business in the community.

Nick Kolziu was born in Albania in 1979. In October, 2000 at age of 21 he moves to New York. 
After working the first few years in hospitality in 2004 he started working in flooring industry. In 2006 he moved to Arizona and continued working in flooring. Nick created Toscani Flooring in 2009 and it's been a blessing seeing it grow year after year.
After many years of hard work and dedication in April, 2022 Nick opened the doors of he's 1st Toscani Flooring showroom where he has the opportunity to help clients with their flooring selections and installations.
Nick is been married since 2008 and has 2 beautiful kids that he loves endlessly. He enjoys to travel with his family, soccer, fishing and hunting.
