Credit Union West Named a Top Workplace 14 Years in a Row
 
 Glendale, AZ — Credit Union West is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by Arizona Top Workplaces. This is the 14th consecutive year that the credit union has been named a top workplace in Arizona. This designation focuses on employee feedback regarding organizational attributes like respect, support, growth opportunity, and empowered decision-making.

Arizona Top Workplaces recognizes organizations that excel in various areas of employee experience. The winners are based solely on employee responses gathered through a third-party survey conducted by Energage LLC. The Top Workplace award celebrates organizations whose culture is rooted in their mission and values.

In addition to the Top Workplace honor, Credit Union West was also given a Culture Excellence award. The Culture Excellence award recognizes purpose-driven organizations that take a people-first approach to their policies. The credit union received this honor for the second year in a row for its outstanding scores in Company Purpose and Values.

“This recognition belongs to our employees, whose passion and commitment continue to shape our culture and strengthen our organization,” said Karen Roch, President and CEO. “It is also a reflection of the trust our members and communities place in us and the relationships we have built together over the years.”

The credit union surpassed its employee participation goal with an exceptional response rate of 84%. Overall, Credit Union West employees gave top marks for the organization’s values, direction, and feeling like their role makes them part of something meaningful.
