Kiehl’s, Warby Parker, Beyond Yoga and More to Open This Year
 
SCOTTSDALE, AZ., March 5, 2026 – Kierland Commons continues its strong leasing momentum in 2026 with the addition of three highly recognized brands and the relocation of a growing retailer.

Kiehl’s Since 1851, the globally recognized skincare brand known for its apothecary heritage and science-backed formulas, is slated to open in the second quarter, bringing its premium beauty offerings to the center.

Warby Parker, the modern eyewear brand known for its design-forward frames and direct-to-consumer model, is anticipated to open in early summer, further strengthening the center’s accessories mix.

Beyond Yoga, the Los Angeles–born activewear brand recognized for its elevated essentials and inclusive sizing, will make its Scottsdale debut this fall as a first-to-market addition for the area.

In addition, construction is underway on EVEREVE’s new location within the center, with completion expected this summer. The retailer, which first opened at the center in 2019, will nearly double its current footprint to support continued customer demand and long-term growth.

These additions build on the center’s strong performance in 2025, which included the openings of La La Land Kind Café, Saatva, Paradise Grills, and Aritzia — reinforcing Kierland Commons’ position as a premier open-air shopping and dining destination in North Scottsdale. Additional new retailers are set to be announced later this year.
