Our Listing Just Sold for Top Dollar

I'm excited to announce that the home we listed in June closed on September 16. This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was renovated in 2020. It sold for $970,000, very close to its list price of $1 million. This was $328.59 per square foot, a new record for the neighborhood of Finley Farms in Gilbert.

This home had floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that opened completely to the backyard. The kitchen had imported marble slab countertops, along with Viking double oven, side-by-side fridge, and wine cooler. The flooring was wood-look porcelain tile flooring imported from Spain. The three bathrooms had decorative tile and marble countertops to match the kitchen.
