(January 29, 2025) Phoenix, Ariz.—The Cavanagh Law Firm is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2025, Randy Nussbaum will join The Cavanagh Law firm as an equity partner.

Recognized for his life-long commitment to community service, in 2018 Randy joined the distinguished roster of honorees inducted into the Scottsdale History Hall of Fame.

Randy Nussbaum’s History

For more than four decades, Randy Nussbaum has assisted individuals and businesses with complex bankruptcy protection (debtor and creditor), transaction, and litigation matters. Randy is one of the few Arizona attorneys certified by both the Arizona Board of Specialization - Bankruptcy Law (1997), and the American Board of Certification – Business Bankruptcy Law (2005).  Randy’s practice has also focused on cases involving such diverse matters as real estate, construction, manufacturing, trucking, asset-based lending, bankruptcy-related to divorce, and high-value, complex individual bankruptcies.
