October 13, 2026APS Customers To Receive Bill Credit In November PHOENIX – Arizona Public Service (APS) will credit customers more than $33 million next month, saving the typical residential customer about $14 on their November bill. The savings will be applied automatically through the Environmental Benefits Surcharge on their bill. Customers do not need to take any action to receive these savings. The Arizona Corporation Commission approved APS’s application for the credit at its Open Meeting Oct.
