About Us
Perspire Sauna Studio is an infrared sauna studio with 10 private rooms/saunas providing an individual experience, which includes a 40-minute sauna session using full-spectrum infrared waves to heat the core of the body. Each sauna includes red light therapy, as well as a chromotherapy bar for enhanced wellness benefits. During your session, you have your own tv to watch Netflix or Hulu, listen to music on Pandora, or meditate with apps on YouTube. The science-backed benefits of infrared sauna include detoxification, burn calories, relax the mind, ease pain, clear skin, and improve sleep.
